Department of Meat Technology organizes the following didactic courses:

  • Specific food processing technology: meat technology, poultry and egg technology, fundamentals of gastronomy
  • Specialisation technology: production and consumption of meat worldwide and in Poland, factors influencing meat production, slaughter technology and its by-products, meat products technology, quality assessment of meat and its products, machinery and facilities in the meat processing industry, sanitary and hygiene aspects of meat, poultry and egg technologies, application of computers for meat technology and analytic purposes
  • Use of processed fish and invertebrates.
  • Technological design of food processing plants.
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) System in food processing industry
