  • specialisation technology:
    • technical and analytical control in fruit and vegetable processing industry
    • quality and technology usefulness of fruit, vegetables and mushrooms
    • fruit and vegetable semi-product and product technology (canned food, frozen food, dried food, juices and drinks, silages, sweetened concentrates, wines, minimally processed tomato, fruit and vegetables products).
