  • Consultancy in the field of manufacturing chymosin and low-fat cheese.
  • Consultancy in the field of manufacturing of dairy products enriched with calcium and magnesium and probiotic products.
  • Application of ultra-filtration method for manufacturing of new dairy products.
  • Testing of microbiological quality of dairy products, including: determination of the total number of microorganisms, the number of mould and yeast, bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Enterococcus spp. genus, milk bacteria (Str. thermophilus, Lactococcus spp., Lactobacillus spp., NSLAB), Bifidobacterium spp., Clostridium spp.), the number of psychrotrophs, thermoduric bacteria, spore-forming bacteria.
  • Determination of physical features and chemical composition of milk and dairy products, including: the contents of proteins and various forms of nitrogen, lactose, mineral salts, fat, free fat, milk density, milk freezing temperature, adulteration of milk powder.
