Fundamentals of Production Organisation and Quality Management in Meat Processing Industries

The objective of this study profile is to educate students in the field of raw materials applied in meat processing technology, the qualitative, hygiene and economic aspects of meat production and processing, including the issues which pertain to provision of safety and quality of foodstuffs of animal origin. The program of study is addressed to the employees of companies and institutions dealing in sectors of food manufacturing and nutrition, meat processing and trade, meat quality control and supervision, who graduated from Universities, but have no specific or specialised background.

The objective of this study profile is to prepare graduates to perform the manufacturing managerial functions and to organise and manage manufacturing processes. The program of study is addressed to the University graduates specialised in food processing technology, chemistry and related fields, as well as the employees and the lower level managers in manufacturing companies.

Safety and Quality in a Food-Chain

The objective of this study profile is to educate specialists in the field of quality and safety management in the agricultural food chain “from field to table”. The program of study is addressed to university graduates, including those of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW, who occupy posts of technology and/or production managers, quality inspectors in agriculture and food chain, and persons who want to get knowledge in the field of quality management systems w agriculture/food chain.
